Annette Marie Townsend is an interdisciplinary natural history artist who works from her garden studio near the centre of Cardiff, Wales. She specialises in creating botanical sculptures from beeswax and mixed materials, a skill which she learnt whilst caring for historic scientific collections in a museum.
