Lisbon-based Susana Cereja is an interdisciplinary visual artist who has exhibited around the world. In her studio she aims to retrieve and comprehend traditional and seldom used techniques, especially in the Portuguese context, and innovates by putting them to a more contemporary use and design, as happens with her Arraiolos tapestries.
